Light blue prom dress from Hebeos. Worn once and does have some staining under the bottom of the skirt but not visable from the outside (please see photos). Hemmed for someone around 5" with no heels so perfect for someone on the shorter side. No size tag but between a 2-4. Paid a bit over $200 with alterations. Very pretty sparkly silver, lace detail around top and bottom of the dress. Soft fabric inside as well.
