Hi guys, here are my Nova blasts UK9 in black and blue. These were the first shoes that I properly picked up when I started running so they have done 70k? A good year and varied them with another pair. I am putting them on here in case people are interested in trying and wanting to dip their toe in the water I would estimate for someone that still wants to get around and do a couple of five and 10k this would be great, but I am marathon training so needed a fresh pair as my runs are getting to be much longer each time.
