Polyken 223 Multi-Purpose Duct Tape: 2 in. x 60 yds.
Polyken 223 has a low volatile organic compound (VOC) content, making it ideal for organizations trying to conform to the LEED specification of EQ Credit 4.1 (Low Emitting Materials). It is tested to meet the standards outlined in UL 723.
Tape rolls are typically cut to standard tape industry metric-cut sizes - or approx 5% narrower than the nominal size (i.e. 24mm per 1-inch of nominal width ordered).
Adhesive: rubber. Carrier/Backing: polyethylene (PE) coated cloth. Thickness: 10 mils (carrier, adhesive). Adhesion: 90 ounces per inch (to stainless steel test panel). Adhesion to Backing: 40 ounces per inch
Tensile Strength: 27 pounds per inch (longitudinal). Service/Operating Temperature: 40°F to 200°F. Elongation: 24%. VOC Content: < 1 g/L. Standards Met: UL723; can contribute toward satisfying EQ Credit 4.1 (Low Emitting Materials) under LEED. Core: 3 inch diameter
