Balancewear Design Denim Check

This is a vintage piece of clothing from the Heisei era (approximately 15-25 years ago) owned by my family.
I am listing this item while researching, so there may be errors in the brand information.

This is a rare denim pant with a checkered pattern.
There is fading, mainly on the buttocks, knees, and hem.
The logo is faded, the pockets are fuzzy, and the hem is torn.
Although it shows signs of wear, the design is good and it can still be worn.
I have home-cleaned it by hand before listing it.

Waist: 98cm
Hip: 110cm
Rise: 35cm
Inseam: 78cm

I have measured according to the Mercari guide table.
